Orders and Delivery
Orders will be batched and delivered to the branch locations on the 15th and 30th of each
month. A Sunova representative will contact you when your order arrives. Payments are
processed upon receipt of the items. Shipping and handling is included in the price.
Return/Exchange Policy
Sunova Shop offers a no hassle return or exchange policy. Simply click here and fill out the PDF return authorization
form. This form should be emailed or faxed to 204-925-3699 in advance of shipping your
merchandise back. As well, please include this form with your returned goods. All
returns and exchanges should be sent to Shippam & Associates #2-1377 Border Street,
Winnipeg MB R3H 0N1 Attn: Sunova Shop - Returns/Exchanges.
